A Midlands-based land, development and property agency has appointed an agribusiness specialist as a new Director as part of plans to expand its rural consultancy offering.

Charlotte Gore joins Newton LDP Ltd with more than 12 years’ experience in providing agribusiness consultancy and management services to landowners and farmers across the Midlands.

Her appointment will expand and complement the firm’s existing rural offering, by providing additional services to farmers, landowners and rural businesses.

The daughter of a farmer, Charlotte brings with her technical expertise, business awareness and a recognition of the complexities of farming and the countryside.

She joins from Fisher German where she spent the last 12 years, building a strong reputation and an extensive client base.

Charlotte said: “I am really excited about the ambition of the team at Newton LDP and look forward to delivering advice to new and existing clients.

“Newton LDP is a company which offers a diverse range of experience and expertise from a highly-respected team, which is something I absolutely wanted to be a part of.

“My involvement in farming and the countryside has been nurtured from an early age. I am passionate about the industry and excited about the opportunities for agriculture, but also deeply aware of the current challenges facing business owners.”
