A local housebuilder is officially launching 468 new homes at an exciting development near Lichfield.

Redrow Midlands has opened its information hub for a brand-new 107-acre development, Curborough Lakes, on Watery Lane in Curborough.

The new hub, located at Curborough Countryside Centre, adjacent to the development, will offer those interested the first opportunity to find out more about the exciting properties set to be available, ahead of the sales centre opening later this year. It will be open from Thursday – Monday from 10am -5:30pm.

Two, three, four and five-bedroom properties will be available at Curborough Lakes from Redrow’s award-winning Heritage Collection, which sees architecture inspired by the arts and crafts era coupled with contemporary high-spec interiors. Promising modern living spaces rich with character, many of the homes will feature large open-plan living areas and elegant design details, as well as eco-electric features.

As part of Redrow’s focus on building responsibly, Curborough Lakes will also feature plenty of green open spaces, with funds being invested in habitat enhancement. The development will also benefit from a new primary school, making it perfect for families, as well as a mix of boutique shops and cafes.

Elaine Cartwright, Sales Director for Redrow Midlands, said: “We’ve seen huge interest in our Curborough Lakes development already, which is why we’ve decided to open our brand-new information hub ahead of the sales centre launch, to allow keen prospective buyers to find out more about the development.

“Perfectly located, and with a new thriving community on the horizon, it’s no surprise that Lichfield locals are keen to find out more about the 468 new homes set to be built – and hopefully they will discover that one of those properties is the ideal home for them.

“With the doors to our information hub now officially open, we’re looking forward to meeting first-time buyers, right-sizers and second-steppers alike to show them what life could look like at Curborough Lakes.”

Located just three miles from small town of Lichfield, and with key travel routes within easy reach including to Birmingham and fast trains to London, Curborough Lakes will offer village surroundings combined with a well-connected location, making it perfectly placed for first-time buyers, growing families and commuters alike.
