HJ Collection scoops hat-trick for prestigious ‘Property Developer of the Year’ Award

Fast-growing nationwide property developer, HJ Collection, has won the prestigious title of Property Developer of the Year for the third consecutive year, after securing the National LIS Award.
Hosted at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, London, on 28th November 2024, the National LIS Awards celebrate the shining stars of the Landlord and Property Investment Sector and brought together over 400 industry professionals.
Founded in 2019, HJ Collection is underpinned by its mission to address the nation’s housing crisis by leveraging permitted development rights to transform unloved commercial sites into sustainable, efficient and affordable residential developments.
In just five years, it has successfully evolved from a start-up into a leading property developer with a proven turnkey model, whereby the entire acquisition and development process is managed in-house to maximise efficiency and value.
Its hat-trick win of ‘Property Developer of the Year’ comes at an exciting time for the business, having just announced the acquisition of its 15th site Cobham, Surrey, while affirming it will exceed its GDV target of £100 million by the close of 2024.
