Pre-launch event for exciting new homes coming to Trowbridge
Barratt Homes Bristol are hosting a pre-launch event for their latest development in Wiltshire, Platinum Place, on Thursday 24 April.
The event will be held at Emmanuel’s Yard, Church Street, Trowbridge, BA14 8RZ, from 4pm to 7pm, and will give potential buyers and local residents the opportunity to find out more about the new community of 187 new homes set to take shape off Elizabeth Way.
Platinum Place will bring a high-quality mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes to the area, designed to suit a wide range of buyers including families, professionals, and first-time homeowners. 30% of the new homes will be affordable, with a mixture of affordable rent and shared ownership properties available.
Those attending the pre-launch event will be able to view the first homes being released, learn more about the buying process, and speak to Barratt’s Nominated Mortgage Advisor for free guidance and financial advice.
Andrea Pilgrim, Sales Director for Barratt Homes Bristol, said: “We’re excited to be launching Platinum Place in Trowbridge, delivering new homes that respond to local demand and offer something for everyone. This event will give people a first look at the homes planned for the site, and the chance to speak to our team and mortgage advisor about how to take the next step.”
Set within almost five acres of open space, the development is less than two miles from the centre of Trowbridge, and a short distance from Hilperton Marina. With 238 new trees being planted, swift boxes, bat boxes and hedgehog highways installed throughout the development, and other ecological enhancements, Platinum Place will see a biodiversity net gain of almost 10% on site.
Barratt Homes Bristol will contribute over £2.7 million through the Section 106 agreement, which includes funding towards local education, public art, highways improvements, waste and recycling services, and green travel vouchers for new residents.
The event is open to all. To register your interest and receive updates on Platinum Place, visit the Barratt Homes website.
