Canvas Offices co-founder named finalist in 2025 Property Week Awards
Yaron Rosenblum, Co-Founder and CEO of Canvas Offices, has been named a finalist in the ‘Property Leader of the Year’ category at the 2025 Property Week Awards, one of the UK property sector’s most prestigious events.
Set to take place at Grosvenor House on 1st July, the awards celebrate excellence across the commercial real estate industry, bringing together leading developers, investors, and innovators.
Founded by brothers Yaron and Oren Rosenblum, Canvas is known for revitalising underused buildings into design-led, high-functioning work environments. Rosenblum’s recognition comes during a period of significant momentum for Canvas. The flexible office space provider recently launched its 17th location in central London and now boasts over 100,000 sq ft of transformed workspace across the capital.
Under Yaron’s leadership, the company has reimagined what modern workspaces can be. Canvas’ signature “homeification” approach blends residential comfort with workplace efficiency — featuring natural light, bespoke design, and cutting-edge technology — to support both wellness and productivity.
Canvas’s latest site in High Holborn opened on 1st May and is already 84% leased. Located just minutes from Tottenham Court Road Station, it is the latest example of Canvas’ commitment to delivering personalised, high-quality office environments for growing businesses.
