Reapit, HomeLet and Let Alliance launch full Vision+ end-to-end integration that will save letting agents’ hours per tenancy

Dr Neil Cobbold – Commercial Director, Reapit

Reapit and strategic partners HomeLet and Let Alliance have announced the full integration of Vision+ into Reapit’s CRM. This includes the VISTA advanced tenant referencing solution and specialised pre tenancy management tools. The new integration can be accessed through Reapit’s UI without leaving the platform, cutting the time it takes agents to do pre-tenancy management and referencing.

VISTA is the latest in a range of HomeLet and Let Alliance services to become accessible directly via Reapit through Vison+, including rent guarantee policies, broadband and media services, utilities, removals and other insurance products.

The launch of VISTA as part of the companies’ Vision+ Reapit integration comes at an opportune time, when agents are having to assess the suitability of more applicants per property.

Reducing tenancy risk

According to Rightmove’s Q2 2025 Rental Trends Tracker, the average rental property now receives 11 enquiries, more than double the number in 2019 (5). The National Residential Landlord Association also warns that landlords are at risk of applicants using forged documents, false employment details, and manipulated financial records. This means agents without the right tenant referencing technology must work harder to find and vet the best tenant for their landlords.

By using the Vision+ Reapit integration, agents get a subscription-free, automated process that mirrors the standard pre-tenancy stages. Each step is prompted during the normal lettings workflow within Reapit, including the applicant offer process, referencing, document checking, tenancy offer, and collection of move-in money, without switching platforms or duplicating data.

VISTA, which can now be accessed from within Reapit via the Vision+ integration, completes over 70% of references on the same day, while catching over 150 potential fraud cases per day. The platform uses AI-powered fraud detection, open banking analysis of tenant financial health and payment performance, Experian data, HMRC integration, and national fraud databases, including the Credit Industry Fraud Avoidance System, to thoroughly vet a prospective tenant. VISTA flags any income discrepancies, verifies employer legitimacy, and assesses affordability using real-time financial data, not just income-to-rent ratios.

The result is a clearer picture of a tenant’s ability to pay the rent while the integration with Reapit eliminates the need to manage complex referencing and pre-tenancy tasks across multiple systems.

Income for agents, protection for landlords

Across all of the subscription-free services offered by HomeLet and Let Alliance through their Vision+ Reapit integrations, agents can earn up to £300 per property per year. One area experiencing dramatic growth is the number of rent guarantee policies, increasing by over 400% year on year in both July and August.

With the Renters’ Rights Bill due to become law soon, agencies are hedging against the risks of tenants not paying the rent. The HomeLet and Let Alliance policy is held by the agent and covers both landlord income and agency fees – a significant benefit that can be built into your service offering to both current and prospective landlords.

“It’s a tough market for our customers, every professional letting agent in the country has their eye on risk management, cost control, and revenue growth,” said Mike Dawson, Head of Sales at HomeLet and Let Alliance (pictured above).

“Our platform is free to use. It provides agents with end-to-end pre tenancy management, and through our new strategic partnership, will provide that journey within the Reapit platform, removing the need to manage processes across both. Providing optimal value to letting agents is at the heart of what we do. This was very important to Reapit when deciding on who to partner with.”

“We know from conversations with customers and other agents that landlords are anxious about the changes the Renters’ Rights Bill will bring to the market,” explained Dr Neil Cobbold, Commercial Director at Reapit (pictured above)

“The most important step is finding the right tenant, which is why we’ve partnered with HomeLet and Let Alliance to bring their powerful VISTA tenant referencing tech to Reapit through Vision+, in addition to their other high-value services. We know agents need tools that save time, reduce risk, and help them protect their income. This enhanced integration does all three, right where they need it: inside Reapit.”
