AS the peak time for property searches fast approaches, there’s a chance for Staffordshire buyers to get a step ahead.
Between Christmas and New Year has become one of THE busiest times for people to search for property.
Elan Homes saw a 45% increase in visitors to its website on Boxing Day 2018 compared with November 26 that year. The homebuilder also reports that web traffic on December 26, 2018 was 70% higher than the same date in 2017.
Buyers may therefore be surprised to learn that Elan will close the Brook Meadow development in Loggerheads from December 23 through to January 2.
Elan is therefore encouraging buyers to act now to beat the post-Christmas rush.

We would recommend anyone hoping to move in 2020 starts their search now to beat the rush.
“The increase in visitors to our website between Christmas and New Year correlates with a surge in visitors to our developments in January. We could open our show homes between the festivities, but choose not to so that our sales teams can spend quality time with loved ones.”
