Wait is almost over for eager Eastham buyers

STYLED in the home colours of its neighbours Anselmians RUFC, a new show home is due to open at a popular housing development in Wirral.

Based on the initial “off plan” success of Eastham Fields, Archway Homes is anticipating strong interest in the show home when it opens over the weekend of January 11 and 12. The homebuilder is therefore encouraging potential purchasers to make an appointment to speak to the sales team and financial advisers during the launch event.

Sales manager Samantha Dean said: “Eastham Fields is a lovely development, offering the chance to live in a traditional looking brand new home within a conservation area.

“More than third of the homes have been reserved off plan and we have a growing list of people keen to see inside the show home.

“Those who registered their interest have been able to view by appointment, but we’re now extending an open invitation to anyone looking for a new home in this part of Wirral to come along. We are expecting the launch event to be very busy with limited properties to sell so would encourage buyers to book a time to view the show home.”

Eastham Fields will eventually feature 21 properties in a choice of five designs, each with four-bedrooms.

The show home is an example of the Poplar style, decorated and furnished as a real family home.

It features a spacious lounge to the front, with open plan kitchen, dining and family room spanning the width of the property. A cloakroom and utility complete the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms benefit from an en-suite, leaving the family bathroom to serve the remaining two bedrooms.

Current prices at Eastham Fields start from £274,995.

All of the homes will feature a choice of fitted kitchens with NEFF appliances such as microwave, oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher; white sanitaryware; flooring throughout; fitted wardrobes to master bedroom; and turfed gardens, amongst other high specification options.

The show home will be open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, January 11 and from 11am to 3pm on Sunday, January 12.
