PayProp wins Feefo Trusted Service Award for outstanding service

Landlord licensing review - PayProp

PayProp has been announced as a winner of the Gold Trusted Service Award from leading online reviews platform Feefo.

The lettings payment automation provider excelled in its customer reviews during 2019, with an average score of 4.9/5. This is significantly higher than the average of 4.5 needed to be eligible to receive a Gold Trusted Service Award.

The Feefo award is given to businesses which collect at least 50 reviews in a calendar year and demonstrate an outstanding service based on the ratings they receive from their customers. It has been awarded to esteemed international brands such as AXA, Expedia and Mazda.

Fair reviews from a trusted platform

“We’re delighted to have won the Gold Trusted Service Award, which is testament to our hard-working team and their dedication to our customers,” says Neil Cobbold, Chief Sales Officer of PayProp.

“It means a lot to receive this award from Feefo – one of the nation’s best-known reviews platforms. Their reviews are audited and verified to ensure the feedback being displayed is 100% genuine and transparent.”

“At PayProp, we pride ourselves on having a fair review policy. We make sure we don’t just cherry-pick our best clients to get good reviews,” says Cobbold.

“We value all constructive feedback we receive and use it to help improve the service we offer to clients even further.”

People will always come first in lettings

PayProp says that while it is a PropTech company, it understands that when it comes to client relationships people come first.

“We demonstrate this by continuing to support agencies who use our platform long after they sign up with us,” Cobbold continues.

“For PropTech to be truly effective for letting agencies, they need full post-implementation support and training – something we’re committed to providing for our customers.”

“In the age of online customer reviews, it’s important for suppliers to the property industry to be accountable for the services they provide to agents. It’s vital that this feedback is then used to provide the best possible solutions for agencies of all sizes from all locations,” he concludes.
