New Homes Spring up at Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood
THE first Anwyl Homes development in Lancashire is set to blossom with the opening of show homes in Fulwood, near Preston, this weekend (March 14/15).
Award-winning Anwyl Homes acquired around three acres of land off Ladybank Avenue from Homes England to provide much needed high-quality housing.
Dozens of potential purchasers have expressed an interest in the exclusive development, known as Bluebell Meadows.
With only 26 private sale properties available, all four-bedroom detached designs, demand for the homes is expected to be high and Anwyl is anticipating a strong turnout at the launch.
To celebrate the occasion, Anwyl is inviting would-be homeowners to join them for crepes and prosecco from 10am on Saturday.
Matthew Gould, head of sales for Buckshaw Village based Anwyl Homes Lancashire, said: “We’ve already got show homes open at three developments in Merseyside, but this is our first sales launch in Lancashire itself.
“Anwyl may be a relatively new name to Lancashire but buyers can be reassured of our reputation. As a business we have 90 years of housebuilding experience and are committed to delivering high quality homes that combine traditional craftsmanship with modern interiors.
“We’re looking forward to giving buyers their first insight into the luxurious four-bedroom properties at Bluebell Meadows with the opening of two fully furnished show homes. Viewing the Hartford and Delamere house style will give visitors an idea of what to expect if they choose to live here.”
The first ever Delamere and Hartford show homes across the Anwyl Group, both properties are traditionally designed, spacious family homes with high ceilings and thoughtfully considered layouts.
The Hartford features an open plan kitchen/ diner, separate living room, plus utility and cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, are four good-sized bedrooms, including master with en-suite to complement the family bathroom.
The backbone of the generously proportioned Delamere is the combined kitchen, dining and family room. This convivial space, with adjoining utility and cloakroom, is complemented by a living room with feature bay window at the front of the property.
Upstairs, two of the four bedrooms benefit from an en-suite, with the master also featuring a dressing room.
The homes are being built in a sought-after area, less than two miles from Masons Wood, which is renowned for its bluebells.
The Bluebell Meadows development will be adjoined by picturesque green footpaths and cycle trails.
The neighbourhood is well served by local amenities, with an excellent selection of shops, including Booths, in the centre of Fulwood, plus Preston city centre is within easy reach.
Supporting the growth of the neighbourhood, the company will make a number of significant financial contributions to the area, including a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and £157,000 towards education. Anwyl will also provide 11 affordable homes.
To enjoy a taste of life at Bluebell Meadows, visit the development, off Ladybank Avenue, from 10am this Saturday and Sunday (March 14/15). Anwyl will be serving crepes and prosecco “on the house”.
