Elan is offering Black Friday deals on selected new homes at Brook Meadow, Loggerheads
HOME buyers in Staffordshire could enjoy substantial savings thanks to a Black Friday deal being offered by Elan Homes.
A number of properties at Brook Meadow in the village of Loggerheads are eligible for the Stamp Duty holiday and the Help to Buy equity loan scheme.

Help to Buy equity loans are available on a limited number of homes at the development. To purchase a property using the scheme it must be reserved by December 15 and the purchase must legally complete by March 31 2021.
The Government-backed scheme offers buyers the chance to secure a brand new home with a 5% deposit and 75% mortgage, with the equity loan covering the remaining 20%.
