OneDome announces partnership with Barratt Developments, the UK’s largest housebuilder
OneDome, the challenger property portal, has signed up the largest housebuilder in the UK, Barratt Developments Plc, to its search proposition.
Barratt is the country’s top housebuilder and leads the industry for the quality of the homes it builds and for customer satisfaction. It has been awarded 5 Stars by the Home Builders Federation for the eleventh year in a row and has been named as the Best Large Housebuilder by Housebuilder magazine two years in a row.
This partnership, which launched early in the new year, represents further growth for OneDome as it continues to sign-up more estate agents and housebuilders. Barratt has listed its residential developments and properties for sale which includes three consumer brands, Barratt Homes, David Wilson Homes, and Barratt London.
OneDome Group’s websites (onedome.com and nethouseprices.com) generate 1.7m unique monthly visitors and more than 170,000 buyer and tenant leads per month, putting OneDome first among challenger portals in terms of traffic and lead generation, and fourth after the three big portals.
OneDome is also a Facebook Marketplace listing partner which gives both agents and housebuilders a huge opportunity to gain exposure across all three websites at no extra cost.
