AN early “off plan” sale and a database of more than 700 potential purchasers point to high demand for new homes in Wombourne.

Elan Homes has just launched its latest Staffordshire development, Woottonbrook in Wombourne, featuring just 22 private sale new homes.

The initial release of six properties, featuring a choice of three and four-bedroom homes, has been well-received.
