Off Plan Launch For New Homes in Abberley
NEW homes in Abberley have been released for sale “off plan” in response to demand.
Elan Homes is developing a 3.6 acre site on Clows Top Road to provide 26 new homes.
Buyers have been showing keen interest in the development, known as Three Js in honour of John Joseph Jones, who commissioned the construction of the village’s famous clock tower.
Elan has amassed a strong database of potential purchasers and has now released the first homes for sale “off plan” and by appointment only.
Regional Sales Director Tracey Ball said: “Work to prepare the site for new homes started in the summer and since then interest has been growing steadily. We’re now receiving two or three enquiries a day from potential purchasers. They’re eager to know when the homes will be available to buy and when they’ll be able to move in. Because buyers are so keen we’ve released selected homes for sale, by appointment only, from our Stableford development in nearby Worcester. This will give purchasers a chance to view a show home and gain an insight into the quality and finish we offer before we have a home complete in Abberley.”
The homes at three Js will enjoy a leafy setting, with 40% of the site being green open space, including a wildflower meadow, central community orchard and attenuation storage pond all within the development
As part of Elan’s commitment to sustainability and the environment, electric vehicle charging points will be provided, plus the development will include hedgehog highways – special gaps in fences so hedgehogs can explore.
