NEW build house prices in Preston are rising but those who buy now could benefit from locked-in prices and save time, effort and money.

Latest Land Registry figures suggest that the average price paid for a new build home in the Preston area increased by 6.1% over 12 months.

At Bluebell Meadows in Fulwood, to the north of the city, the final phase of homes is on sale with prices already set, helping safeguard buyers against possible further increases.
