New showhome set to launch in Chichester
Bellway is preparing to open the doors to a new showhome next month at its Cathedral Park development in Chichester.
The Nightingale, a four-bedroom semi-detached home, is the first completed property at the development and the first of two showhomes set to open on site.
The showhome has been furnished and fitted out by an expert interior design team, with the launch planned for April. All viewings to be made by prior appointment.
Kim Caldwell, Sales Director for Bellway Wessex, said: “Buyers are now starting to think about life after lockdown, and for many that means moving to a new home in a central location with excellent transport connections and amenities close at hand.
“Cathedral Park ticks all the boxes, especially with its close proximity to Chichester train station, and we are already seeing high levels of interest from first-time buyers, professionals, empty nesters and early retirees looking for a new-build home.
“The launch of the Nightingale showhome in April marks a great time for buyers to view this stylish new home and get a feel for the lifestyle that can be enjoyed in Chichester.”
The stamp duty holiday extension announced by the Chancellor on Wednesday 3 March will apply to homes at Cathedral Park that are ready to move into before the end of June, providing an opportunity for buyers to make a considerable saving on the cost of moving.
There are also homes available to purchase with the Government’s Help to Buy scheme for first-time buyers.
Kim said: “Cathedral Park is a beautiful development located just one mile from the city centre, but close to the idyllic West Sussex countryside and coastline.
“The first homes will be ready for buyers to move into from the end of April, which is perfect timing to enjoy the summer in Chichester.”
Cathedral Park is a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes with prices starting from £209,995 for a one-bedroom apartment.
