Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery & Preschool Golders Green in North West London.

Established in 2016, this charming 42-place nursery is highly regarded in its local community. Having received several awards and accreditations, including Millies Mark, NDNA Quality Counts Platinum, and Healthy Early Years London, the nursery offers a safe and welcoming environment for children.

It is located in an affluent and extremely desirable part of North London. Occupying a prominent position set back from the main road in this densely residential area, the nursery is also a convenient five-minute walk from the local tube station and is well-placed for access to local bus routes.

It has been owned by Sana and Oliver Foss-Smith since 2016 and was brought to market to allow the pair to focus on their other business interests.

Following a confidential sales process with David Eaves at Christie & Co, the nursery has been purchased by Kido Schools UK, which has an ‘Outstanding’ nursery just up the road.

Philippe Sachs, CEO at Kido Schools UK comments, “We are very pleased to have added this lovely setting to our existing Golders Green one. This will allow us to continue to take in children from both the local community and amongst our teachers.”

David Eaves, Director – Childcare & Education at Christie & Co, comments, “It was a pleasure to support Sana and Oliver with the sale of their fantastic day nursery. Having built an enviable reputation and received many awards over the past eight years, we were delighted to be instructed to find the right buyer to carry on their legacy. This was an excellent example of utilising our knowledge of the market to match the nursery with the perfect buyer and this will make a great addition to Kido’s strong presence in the local area.”

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery & Preschool Golders Green was sold for an undisclosed price.
