Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced the sale of Chobham Pharmacy in Surrey.

This community pharmacy, which dispenses an average of 4,729 items per month, is located on Chertsey Road in the charming Surrey village of Chobham.

The business was previously owned by Yassir Sharief of Roshban Limited. Following a confidential sales process with Mark Page at Christie & Co, and with funding sourced through David Ward at Christie Finance, it has been purchased by first-time buyer, Ash Ghadimi, who wants to increase the pharmacy’s additional services so that it can become a key focus for health-related issues in the community.

Mark Page, Director – Pharmacy at Christie & Co, comments, “I was pleased to act for Yassir on the sale of his pharmacy in Chobham. The market for profitable independent pharmacies remains strong and this business attracted multiple offers.”

David Ward, Senior Director at Christie Finance, comments, “I am really pleased to have supported Ash in his pharmacy purchase. Although this is his first pharmacy, Ash has plenty of business experience, and I’m sure will make a great success of Chobham Pharmacy. This helps to demonstrate lenders’ commitment to the sector, especially for first-time buyers.”

Chobham Pharmacy was sold for an undisclosed price.
