APARTMENTS ARE LATEST OFFERING AT WOODFORD GARDEN VILLAGE…

The Courtyard apartments at Woodford Garden Village LR

ALREADY home to a diverse range of family homes, Woodford Garden Village in Cheshire will soon feature 30 brand-new apartments to add to its appeal.

But these are no ordinary apartments. The Courtyard will boast luxury two-bedroom apartments with floor space equivalent to some houses.

Based on the historic site of the former Woodford Aerodrome, the two three-storey blocks of 15 apartments have been named after important figures in aeronautical history: Sir Barnes Wallis, the engineer best known for inventing the bouncing bomb used by the Royal Air Force; and Sir George Cayley, pioneer of aerial navigation and aeronautical engineering.

The high specification apartments will include luxury features such as underfloor heating and bi-fold patio doors onto a spacious balcony. Each apartment is also larger than average giving buyers between 947 sq ft and 1060 sq ft of space.

The new homes, due to be released for sale on November 9, will also include flooring throughout, wardrobes to bedroom one, half height tiling, downlights and even USB charging points, ensuring the homes are fully up to date.  All apartments will also have two bathrooms including an en-suite for bedroom one.

Even though sales will be taken off-plan initially, homebuyers will be able to have a full virtual tour of the apartments through the use of a state of the art interactive visual system that will be available in the sales centre at Woodford Garden Village.

Initial prices will be from £366,495 and the first properties should be ready to move into by summer 2020.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW) said: “These latest properties will appeal to a wide range of customers, from more affluent first time buyers starting out on the property ladder, to friends wanting to share a first home and even right-sizers whose children have fled the nest and they now want an energy efficient, easy to maintain new home.

“The extra security afforded by a gated entrance, secure parking within a single garage with electric doors, and proximity to Manchester airport will also make them perfect for lock-up and leave customers who spend part of the year abroad.”

The Courtyard lies in close proximity to Wilmslow, Poynton and Bramhall and is within commuting distance (13 miles) of central Manchester.  It’s part of the wider Woodford Garden Village development, which features a diverse range of new homes from mews style properties to large and luxurious five-bedroom executive detached houses, a central village green, numerous areas of open space and play areas. It will also have its own shops, a pub and primary school.

Whether customers are buying their first home or moving from an existing property, Redrow may be able to help them find their feet at the Courtyard. The Government backed Help to Buy initiative may mean a 5% deposit is sufficient to secure a brand new home; or, for those who have an existing property, Redrow’s own Help to Sell can provide valuable assistance and a contribution to estate agent fees.
