OneDome and Sprift partner to offer free reporting to estate agents

OneDome, the free-to-list challenger portal which owns onedome.com and nethouseprices.com, has partnered with Sprift, the property data specialist.

The collaboration will see the Sprift dashboard integrated within OneDome Pro – the free platform accessible to all estate agents listing with OneDome.

This integration sees OneDome being able to truly compete in all aspects with the big portals, while remaining completely free for agents.

Sprift allows estate agents to produce branded market appraisal reports to win vendor instructions and key-facts guides to better inform buyers.

Agents will also have access to data about every single property in the UK including previous sale and listing history, EPC, planning data, location data, Land Registry Title Plan, catchment areas of schools, broadband speed, mobile coverage, photos, floorplans, market stats including market share of agents, sales and lettings data and much more.

Sprift reports can be printed or sent to prospective buyers using a special link which alerts the agents when the report is opened by the customer.

Agents using OneDome Pro will be provided six months of free access to all benefits of Sprift.

After this period, agents will still have an optional access to Sprift reports via OneDome Pro alongside other products that the platform offers via a pay per report or monthly fee model.

OneDome doesn’t generate any revenue from the reports and this is one of the series of benefits OneDome’s CEO, Babek Ismayil, promised in May to the estate agents listing with the company’s websites as a thank you for their support.

According to Ismayil, this is one of many integrations that OneDome will be bringing to its estate agents.

“We are focused on doing everything possible to equip our agents with the best tools to help them to win more business and generate more revenue,” he says.

“This is why we decided to open our platform to successful PropTech companies that provide agents with valuable solutions.”

“Two months ago, we were asked to bring the functionality that could compete with Rightmove Plus reports. We evaluated various products and feel that Sprift reports are far superior to the ones currently offered by major portals,” he explains.

Sprift CEO Matt Gilpin adds: “Since 2016 the core mission of Sprift has been to aggregate and cleanse property data at individual property level, because without a single source of truth at the outset, there is no chance our industry can begin to tackle lengthy transaction times and improve processes.”

“Data on any UK property can be viewed instantly on Sprift and partnering with the best portals and suppliers hugely accelerates our work.”

“Today’s launch with One Dome is really exciting because of the sheer number of agents already listing with them and their rate of growth.”

This is not the first partnership OneDome brings to its members. At the end of last year, OneDome became a Listing Partner of Facebook Marketplace, offering its estate agents a free and automated listing service on Facebook Marketplace.

Earlier this year, OneDome hosted two webinars with a team from Facebook aiming to help agents to list their properties with the technology giant.
