A New Life Awaits in a New Home in Alsager

EARLY bird reservations have been made on new homes in Alsager not yet released for sale but if you swoop now there’s a chance to rise up the pecking order and move sooner rather than later.

Prospect Homes is building a choice of three and four-bedroom homes at Hall Drive Park, on Hall Drive. They’re perfectly placed to enjoy views over neighbouring farmland and leisurely country strolls, yet are within walking distance of the town centre.

The combination of the location and the ease of living offered by a brand new home has made the homes much sought-after.

Samantha Williams, head of sales for Prospect Homes, explained: “There’s a strong demand for new homes in Alsager, which is borne out in the number of early bird reservations we’ve taken on properties not yet released for sale. The order in which homes become available is linked to the build programme, with construction taking a set route through the site. If someone wants a particular home they can make an early bird reservation giving them first refusal on that property when it becomes available.

“It’s great for those who are happy to wait, but the good news for those who are keen to move sooner rather than later is that we have properties available that are ready and waiting for those personal touches that make a house a home.”

Current prices at Hall Drive Park start from £205,000 with a four-bedroom Shallon style property ready to move into from £296,000.

The lounge is at the front of the Shallon, with feature bay window. The open plan kitchen, dining and family room spans the width of the property, with French doors opening out onto the rear garden.

Upstairs, the master bedroom benefits an en-suite shower room, to complement the family bathroom. There’s another double bedroom and two generous single bedrooms and convenient storage cupboard.

“We’d encourage people looking for a new home to think not just about their immediate needs but to consider longer term priorities too,” Samantha added.

“If working from home is part of their new normal, buying a home with an extra bedroom could provide them with a study. Alternatively, a spare bedroom could be a playroom or gaming room for the children, or it could be used as a home gym.”
